Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greets guests, presents menus, and takes accurate food and beverage orders.
- Delivers meals promptly and ensures satisfaction throughout service.
- Maintains clean tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Processes payments and operates POS systems accurately.
- Supports banquet and event service as needed.
- Communicates effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintains knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
- Provides attentive, friendly, and professional service.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer-service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
- Basic math and money-handling skills.
Education & Experience:
- Prior serving experience preferred.
- Hospitality or club experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs.
