Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of radiation therapy procedures, including conventional and 3D radiotherapy, IGRT, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and SBRT. This role requires expertise in treatment planning, ordering tests and images, and prescribing appropriate therapies.
- Perform conventional and 3D radiotherapy
- Conduct external beam radiation treatments, including 3D-CRT, IGRT, and IMRT
- Deliver fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- Prescribe appropriate radiation therapy treatments
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans for cancer patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Utilize Aria and Epic EMR systems for patient documentation and care coordination
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures
- Provide patient education on radiation therapy procedures and side effects
