Wellness Nurse Practitioner

We are focused on contributing to the confidence and empowerment of our patients by providing the most trusted aesthetic treatments in our region.

We are looking for a Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic in Petoskey &/or Traverse City.

This individual will be the leader in wellness and manage patients along their health journey through various holistic means including but not limited to hormone therapy, weight loss management, peptides, etc. Responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic care including taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing a treatment plan, and performing procedures and lab draws.

Work Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am - 12:00 pm . Every other week Monday and Tuesday in Petoskey 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Schedule negotiable based on needs of clinic.

Qualifications

• 2 years wellness, hormone therapy, OB/GYN, or nutrition experience.
• Graduate of accredited N.P. program.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients seeking to have a better quality of life within their health, wellness, and fitness journey.
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience by delivering the highest standard of care, promoting patient satisfaction and well-being.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments. Order and review lab results.
• Educate patients on health conditions, treatment options and health lifestyle choices.
• Provide counseling and support to patients.
• Administer medications and injections following established protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to create and refine protocols for new services as the clinic expands.
• Stay informed and serve as a subject matter expert on wellness and aging, keeping up-to-date with clinic offerings, products, and services.
