Role Description
The Assistant Preschool Teacher will be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, curriculum development, and delivering early childhood education. They will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool children. Day-to-day tasks include aiding in classroom management, guiding children through educational activities, and facilitating effective communication with children and staff.
Qualifications
- Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- MA Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) certification
- Degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are a plus
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
