Serve as the central hub for four Project Managers working across several projects at once. In a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment, you will anticipate needs, maintain rock-solid documentation, and ensure materials and information arrive when — and where — they’re needed.

Core responsibilities
- Support Project Managers across multiple active commercial projects
- Administer project documentation via construction management platforms
- Prepare RFIs and submittals; control drawings and document revisions
- Assemble project records and maintain safety compliance documentation
- Draft subcontracts and purchase orders for review and issuance
- Track procurement, including materials, deliveries, and inventory
- Coordinate with field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with subcontractor management and communication
- Support light change order estimating and pricing compilation
- Keep meticulous filing systems and audit-ready records
- Contribute to schedule and budget adherence through operational support
- Outstanding multitasking skills, time management, and organization
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and rapid context switching
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new PM software quickly; Procore experience is advantageous
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through
- Self-driven with proactive problem-solving instincts
- Primarily office-based in Orlando, FL
- Most day-to-day operations occur at the main office
- Occasional travel or site visits as required
