Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Specialist / Repair Technician to support a year-long preventative maintenance contract focused on commercial flat roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems while working safely and efficiently in the field.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial roofing systems
- Install and maintain roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofs
- Identify leaks and perform effective repairs
- Work safely at heights and follow all OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean job site
- Collaborate with crew members and communicate with supervisors
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience required
- Experience working with flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems
- Knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems
- Ability to identify leaks and perform effective roofing repairs
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- OSHA certification is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Preventative maintenance experience on commercial properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience documenting repairs and maintenance activities
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Occasional overtime or weekend work as needed
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
