Position: Evening Group Therapist (Part-Time)

Overview
We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible therapist to facilitate evening group programming and provide individual therapy within a supportive, team-based treatment environment. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys group work, values structure, and is looking for consistent evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate evening group therapy sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5:30–8:30 PM. The groups will have a maximum census of 10 patients
- Provide weekly individual therapy sessions for each patient enrolled in the evening group
- Facilitate 2–3 residential group sessions per week in the afternoon
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to support patient progress
Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience leading group therapy preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with both outpatient and residential populations
