- Answer and manage incoming admissions and inquiry calls
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients and families
- Gather intake information and coordinate next steps
- Follow up with leads and referral sources in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
- Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operations teams
- Learn and navigate internal systems and software platforms
- Stay proactive and solution-oriented in a fast-moving environment
- Admissions, intake, or healthcare coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage urgent situations calmly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
