Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand internal and external customer needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conduct pre-job planning reviews, product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, engineering, and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction or Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - coordination and cooperation with various external parties and other departments is required
- Must be able to interpret and analyze technical data and documents related to oilfield drilling
- Superior customer service skills required, including focus on customer needs and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing sales proposals, forecasts, and sales plans for all territories
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills
