Esthetician

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, upbeat Esthetician to join our dynamic team at Elements Massage in Crofton, a studio that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and a pleasant, supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and have a strong commitment to delivering a superior guest experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their visit.

Duties

• Provide high-quality skincare treatments to clients, including facials, back facials, eye and lip treatments, chemical peels, hydrating hand and arm treatments, and foot scrubs.
• Offer personalized skincare consultations to clients, making recommendations on product usage and treatment plans, including follow-up appointments.
• Upsell and cross-sell products & services to increase client satisfaction and revenue.
• Sanitize all equipment and treatment areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to every guest, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product usage.
  
  
  

Experience

• Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and other spa professionals.
• Experience with product demos and a deep understanding of skincare products and technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Current licensure as an Esthetician in the state of MD
• Weekends shifts are required
  
  
  

Base Pay

• $25-$30 or more depending on experience, plus tips and commissions
  
  
  

Total compensation expected $50-$60/hr plus commissions

• May consider alternating Sundays off, but prefer both weekend days
