Reporting to: Senior Manager, Marketing
Location: Chapel Hill, NC; Newton, MA
Compensation: Associate, Member Marketing ($60,000-$65,000), depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits.

We're looking for a highly organized, attentive to detail, and data-driven Member Marketing Associate, to support and execute member-facing communications. You’ll join a growing Marketing team at a time of significant growth and opportunity.
This role will have the opportunity to work on diverse campaigns throughout the member lifecycle. The role will be responsible for project management, campaign coordination, asset and campaign execution, and quality assurance, helping ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
Reporting to Senior Manager, Member Marketing, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to life—supporting workflows, updating content, building email assets, delivering push notifications and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project coordination and workflow management across the Member Marketing team to keep multiple campaigns on time and on track.
- Support campaign execution by coordinating timelines, approvals, stakeholder feedback, and handoffs across cross-functional partners.
- Manage basic copy and design updates and edits across member-facing channels (email, landing pages, client assets, etc.).
- Perform QA checks on marketing assets prior to stakeholder handoff and launch (formatting, links, personalization, targeting, content accuracy, and overall member experience).
- Track campaign status and maintain campaign documentation (calendars, trackers, briefs, creative specs, and launch checklists).
- Pull and organize campaign performance reporting, highlighting key results and trends to support ongoing iteration and improvement.
- Support monthly and quarterly client reporting, as requested, by compiling data and preparing slides.
- Build emails that are based on templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support activation and engagement campaigns.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign operations (in-house or agency)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
- Proficiency with common marketing and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, project trackers like AirTable)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Clear, concise written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts (e.g., catching broken links, formatting issues, incorrect messaging, targeting errors)
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns across one or more channels (e.g., email, lifecycle, digital, web, paid, in-app)
- Familiarity with CRM automation tools, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, preferred
- Creative and logical thinker that can identify problems as well as develop solutions
- Willingness to pitch-in and have an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve shared goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
