Key Responsibilities
Provide wellness and functional visits for patients using an integrative and functional approach
Conduct in-depth patient evaluations, including detailed histories and systems-based assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Develop personalized care plans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, medications, and therapeutic interventions as appropriate
Order and interpret advanced and conventional labs and diagnostics
Prescribe and treat within scope of practice
Educate and empower patients around lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, and nervous system regulation
Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
Participate in ongoing education, case reviews, and team collaboration
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL
Experience in women's health care required
Training or strong interest in integrative and/or functional medicine (IFM, FMCP, or similar a plus)
Strong clinical reasoning and systems-thinking mindset
Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable practicing with both autonomy and collaboration
