Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and a more intentional pace of care with longer appointment times that allow for deeper, more comprehensive treatment. You will be part of a collaborative provider team that supports one another in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license (Minnesota)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Preferred experience in Emergency Room or Urgent Care settings
- Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills
- Ability to manage a broad scope of primary and acute care conditions
- Interest in expanding into specialty services
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform procedures within scope of practice
- Build long-term patient relationships through extended visit times
- Collaborate closely with a team of providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, personalized care
- Expand scope of practice to include hormone optimization and weight management, with training and clinical support
