Northside Medical Center, PLC in Ortonville, MN is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, chronic disease management and prenatal care in coordination with Physician staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.

Qualifications:
For FNP Candidates:
- Masters degree from an accredited nursing and nurse practitioner program.
- Current RN and APNP licenses in Minnesota and must obtain South Dakota.
- National NP certification.
For PA Candidates:
- Graduate of an accredited PA program.
- Current PA certification by NCCPA.
- Licensure by the Minnesota and must obtain South Dakota Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care/primary care preferred. Emergency medicine a plus but not required.
- DEA certification or eligibility.
- BLS, ACLS, CALS, PALS or ATLS certifications preferred (required by end of orientation).
- DOT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
- EPIC EMR experience desirable (training available).
