The Ontario Finnish Resthome Association is currently recruiting for Personal Support Worker (PSW.) The successful candidate will provide care services to residents and assist with activities of daily living.

The Qualifications For The Personal Support Worker Position Are

• Personal Support Worker or Healthcare Aide Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care.
• Ability to work well independently and in team environments
• Compassionate and understanding
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in the Finnish language and knowledge of the Finnish culture is an asset.
