About the Role
The Vice President of Marketing will report to WelcomeHome’s C-Suite, and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
This role is responsible for establishing WelcomeHome’s marketing vision and building a scalable growth engine that drives pipeline, accelerates revenue, and solidifies market leadership. We are looking for a growth-stage leader who has helped scale a B2B SaaS company through meaningful revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Lead category positioning & messaging for Senior Living and Home Care industries
- Develop segmentation strategy across ICP tiers and buyer personas
- Build and execute launch plans for new products
Demand Generation & Funnel Performance
- Build and optimize a multi-channel demand engine with measurable ROI
- Improve full-funnel conversion in partnership with Sales and RevOps
Marketing Operations
- Implement a data-driven marketing culture with robust reporting, attribution, and performance accountability
- Ensure strong operational execution through marketing automation, campaign tracking, and analytics
- Own WelcomeHome’s internal CRM, collaborating effectively to facilitate cross-functional data flows
Event Marketing
- Elevate WelcomeHome’s brand authority through meaningful participation in industry conferences & events, including WelcomeHome’s annual user conference
Partnerships
- Drive measurable revenue impact from partnerships across the Senior Living and Home Care industries, building scalable referral, channel, integration, and co-marketing programs
Customer Marketing
- Create a customer marketing program that drives adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Support customer engagement, community building, and advocacy through targeted campaigns
Content
- Set the strategic vision for the company’s branding, content, and thought leadership platform
- Align content initiatives with demand generation and go-to-market priorities
Team & Operational Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization (currently ~10 employees)
- Implement scalable processes, metrics, and budget discipline
- Ensure tight cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
About You
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Proven success scaling marketing at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company
- Track record of building predictable pipeline and driving measurable revenue impact
- Strong expertise in demand generation, product marketing, and go-to-market strategy
- Experienced leader with executive presence and analytical rigor
Experience in vertical SaaS or healthcare markets is a plus.
Location
Based in Atlanta, with in-office presence expected to support executive alignment and execution.
