Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest services throughout their stay
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information as needed
- Assist with night audit responsibilities when required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Manage phone etiquette and respond promptly to guest calls via multi-line phone systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Ensure front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Previous experience in resort or hotel environments will be beneficial for understanding hospitality standards
