What You’ll Do
▪ Handle complex commercial litigation comparable in scope to the area’s biggest law firms
▪ Participate in / conduct depositions of fact and expert witnesses with increasing independence
▪ Lead e-discovery strategy, vendor coordination, and review platform management
▪ Draft and argue dispositive motions, briefs, and pretrial filings
▪ Serve as active trial counsel — on a defined path to a chosen role
What We’re Looking For
▪ 2–4 years of complex commercial litigation at a Big Law or top regional/local firm
▪ Exceptional legal research and writing
▪ Hands-on e-discovery experience with major litigation support platforms
▪ Deposition experience as lead or primary support counsel
▪ Courtroom or hearing experience; genuine appetite for trial work
▪ Bar admission in Tennessee (or eligibility)
