Job Summary
The Events Program Manager brings people together by creating experiences that strengthen culture, connection, and engagement. From leadership retreats and corporate functions to team outings and employee activities, this role ensures every event is memorable, well-executed, and aligned with the company’s values. While they’ll take ownership of strategy and execution, they’ll also enjoy strong partnership and support from the HR team throughout planning and delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves managing the details while keeping the big picture in focus. The Events Program Manager will oversee everything from themes and budgets to vendor partnerships and on-site coordination. Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal events that strategically align with the company’s core values and reinforce culture.
- Lead company-wide wellness initiatives that support employee health, well-being, and engagement.
- Shape and manage communications for employee-facing events and activities, ensuring clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging.
- Plan and execute leadership retreats, team outings, corporate functions, and employee engagement activities.
- Manage all event logistics, such as venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual, décor, and accommodations.
- Oversee budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate billing and invoice processing.
- Coordinate communications such as invitations, save-the-dates, calendar updates, RSVP tracking, and meal planning.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, vendor management, and real-time issue resolution.
- Manage company-paid meals from vendor selection to ordering, setup, and billing.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 7 - 9 years of progressive experience in event planning, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic events and/or wellness initiatives.
- Experience managing event budgets and vendor partnerships.
- Graphic design or communications experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
- Creative problem solver with a sharp eye for detail.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of event planning trends, employee wellness practices, and vendor networks.
