Weisser Distributing is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Marketplace Operations Specialist to help manage and grow client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other leading eCommerce platforms.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple marketplace accounts, including product launches, listing management, account health, advertising support, inventory analysis, reporting, and client communication.
You will collaborate with our warehouse, operations, and client success teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide exceptional service to the brands we support.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and helping clients succeed in a fast-paced eCommerce and 3PL environment.
What You’ll DoMarketplace Operations
- Create, configure, and maintain marketplace seller accounts.
- Support the onboarding of new Marketplace Services clients.
- Build, optimize, and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, and other platforms.
- Manage product catalogs, variations, images, keywords, and digital assets.
- Coordinate new product launches and catalog updates.
- Resolve suppressed, inactive, duplicate, stranded, or incomplete listings.
Marketplace Account Health
- Monitor account health, marketplace performance, and compliance metrics.
- Resolve listing errors, policy violations, catalog issues, and selling restrictions.
- Manage marketplace support cases through resolution.
- Support Brand Registry requests, reimbursement claims, and catalog corrections.
- Stay informed about marketplace policy changes and implement necessary operational updates.
Marketplace Advertising
- Launch and maintain marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and impressions.
- Optimize campaign bids, keywords, budgets, and overall performance.
- Prepare recurring advertising performance reports.
- Coordinate campaigns with inventory levels, promotions, and product launches.
Client Operations and Reporting
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned marketplace accounts.
- Communicate account updates, issue resolutions, and performance insights to clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve operational issues.
- Create recurring marketplace, inventory, sales, and advertising reports.
- Analyze sales and inventory trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Escalate strategic opportunities and recurring concerns to leadership.
Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain Marketplace Services standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
- Improve workflows to increase efficiency and service quality.
- Document recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of experience supporting eCommerce marketplace accounts.
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of marketplace listings, catalog management, and account health.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining close attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or eBay.
- Experience with Amazon Sponsored Products or Walmart Connect advertising.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry.
- Experience using ERP, OMS, or marketplace integration platforms.
- Experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or a 3PL environment.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel functions.
