Weiss-Aug's Program
- Our Apprenticeship Program provides a structured pathway to mastering tool and die making, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-precision industry.
- Train directly on the shop floor
- Learn from experienced journeymen
- Complete classroom and/or online coursework
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of manufacturing
- Tooling
- Product Development
- Molding

- Quality
- The Apprenticeship Program requires a 4-year commitment. Upon successful completion, you will be certified as a Journeyman or Journeywoman.
- We offer competitive wages. In line with the program, there will be periodic pay increases based upon successful completion of specified tasks.

- Receive a full set of tools at the start. Tools become yours upon successful completion of the program

- This program is designed not just to train employees, but to build the next generation of skilled professionals.
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 2 year’s previous work experience
- Mechanical aptitude a plus!
