You will play a key role in supporting our operations, gaining insight into a fast-paced and ever-evolving business environment, and making meaningful contributions to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system for hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation
- Configure and deploy computer equipment for employees and manage hardware inventory
- Assist users with software applications, system access, and basic training
- Support employee onboarding from an IT perspective
- Participate in projects that enhance the quality and efficiency of IT support and perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Ability to follow through on end user inquiries and requests, keeping them up to date about the progress of the service being provided, and monitoring their satisfaction.
- Provide on-site technical support to all employees requiring hands-on technical support or assistance
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Active Directory and remote support tools
- Hardware troubleshooting and installation experience
- Basic mobile device knowledge
- Interest in Data & Analytics is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours
- Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to other locations
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
