Work Hours/Shift:
Day shift, Afternoon Shift
Food Service/Kitchen Worker Will Be Responsible For:
• Provides services related to patient food service, cafeteria services and catering.
• Delivers/collects patient trays to/from the patient safely and accurately.
• Portions food items for patients and guests according to department standards.
• Operates all food service equipment according to manufacture guidelines and in a safe manner.
• Maintains sanitation standards and equipment is cleaned daily and in accordance to standards.
• Prepares and delivers nourishments to patients according to established procedures.
Food Service/Kitchen Worker Qualifications
What You Will Need:
High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and communicate in writing. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds.
None or up to three months related experience required.
