Admin Director - Nursing Process Improvement
The goal of this position is to identify and enable process improvement opportunities within the nursing departments that directly impact the care and clinical outcomes provided to the patients at WVU Medicine/Weirton Medical Center.
-Oversees bed management, the PCT/RN Float Team, as well as the Helping Hands Program.
Specifications Knowledge and Ability
-Registered Nurse required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal, written and group presentations.
Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Management. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience working with computerized databases and software.
