Job Summary:
The Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, promoting a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to support high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
Foster strong relationships with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient care
Develop and manage the nursing budget, staffing, and resource allocation
Identify opportunities for staff development and provide coaching, mentorship, and support to promote career growth and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise and lead by example
