Responsibilities:

• Provide overall direction and management of the nursing department, including staff development, recruitment, and retention

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent preferred

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level leadership role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

• Proven track record of driving clinical excellence, improving patient satisfaction, and reducing readmissions

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
