Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role at Weichert, Realtors is based in Easton, PA and follows a hybrid schedule, combining in-office work with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and building a client base, conducting property showings and open houses, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. The Real Estate Agent prepares and presents listings, conducts market analyses, negotiates offers, and coordinates inspections, appraisals, and closings. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, leveraging company tools and marketing resources, and collaborating with in-office mortgage partners and other service providers. Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and a solid understanding of state and local real estate regulations.
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, purchasing, and leasing.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment and manage a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed).
