Responsibilities
- Recruit agents to join the brokerage
- Build and manage a recruiting pipeline
- Meet with prospective agents and clearly communicate the company’s value
- Help onboard, mentor, and support agents after they join
- Contribute to training, accountability, and office culture
- Take on increasing leadership responsibility as trust and performance are established
Qualifications
- Active Arizona real estate license
- Tucson-based
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, accountable, and self-motivated
- Interested in leadership, mentoring, and brokerage growth
- Able to recruit with confidence and support agents once they join
- Professional, dependable, and aligned with a culture of taking care of agents and clients
For the right candidate, support toward broker education may be available based on qualifications, timing, and mutual agreement.
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity with meaningful upside.
Compensation includes:
- 30% of company dollar on personally recruited agents for 12 months
- The opportunity for increased split opportunities tied to production, leadership contribution, and overall value to the brokerage
