Our North Dallas Intellectual Property (IP) law firm client is seeking an experienced IP Paralegal with 3–5 years of U.S. patent prosecution experience to support their team of IP counsel. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing patent portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and file U.S. patent applications
• Manage and audit patent portfolios for compliance
• Monitor deadlines and track all prosecution activity
• Draft responses to Office Actions
• Conduct research and assist with document review
• Provide general administrative and attorney support
💼 What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of patent prosecution paralegal experience
• Strong attention to detail & ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Technical aptitude (formal technical training a plus)
📅 Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
📍 Location: Texas (required) | Remote or Hybrid work optional
