A V10 Firm's Chambers and Partners ranked Capital Markets Group is looking for a mid-level associate to join in DC.
This is an opportunity to work on preeminent, news-worthy matters including some of the largest IPOs in the world as well as advising public companies on significant strategic transactions, capital markets offerings, and general corporate and securities law matters.
The ideal candidate will be a 4th or 5th year associate with experience from a top firm and excellent academic credentials (top law school and great grades required). Very strong 3rd years will be considered.
The DC office of this firm is relatively small and very collaborative, with partners really emphasizing training and mentorship. The firm invests in its associates, and in addition to great substantive exposure, the opportunity for advancement is really there for those who want it.
