Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate non-conformance reworks, guiding and coaching the personnel involved on the correct use of their tools with the goal of always seeking the best results.
- Enforce customer/supplier philosophy throughout the business.
- Support repairs and inspections and make sure they use adequate quality records.
- Audit internal processes periodically, identifying weak points and suggesting possible solutions.
- Establish a good network with all the supporting areas (Sales, After Sales, Warehouse, etc.) to help on any problem-solving process.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Plants Quality Engineers on data collection for problem solving.
- Participate in the analysis of customer returned products whenever necessary.
- Participate on cross-functional teams to evaluate quality issues.
- Monitor and report on quality control key performance indicators and corrective actions.
- 1-4 years of working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Root cause analysis and other investigative techniques desired.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment desired.
- Knowledge of Portuguese and/or Spanish a plus.
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree preferred
