What You’ll Do
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you’ll:
- Operate press brake and other machinery.
- Measure steel blanks and parts using tape measures.
- Perform setups and adjustments using layout marks, drawings, and verbal instructions.
- Ensure quality and precision in every step of the process.
- Use a fork truck or pallet jack to move material from storage racks.

Requirements
Basic:
- Ability to work evening or night shift;
- Ability to read, understand and interpret a bill of material, schematic, drawing, and/or specification;
- Ability to communicate with and follow direction of leaders within the area;
- Able to work over-time as needed;
- Successfully complete: application, talent assessment, interview, drug & background screen.
- Safety-sensitive position: we test for THC.
- Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commute of distance of Washington, MO;
- Has current work authorization for employment in the United States;
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Two years of prior manufacturing experience;
- Prior press brake experience;
- Successful completion of the National Career Readiness Certificate ® (NCRC) offered through the ACT WorkKeys program;
Salary : $23 - $24
