What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector/Coordinate Measuring Machine Operator position at US Integrity Machine?
2nd Shift Quality Inspector, CMM Programmer/Operator
- Inspect parts with CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) and/or precision hand measurement tools, such as a caliper, micrometer, or indicator. Knowledge of PCDmis is a plus.
- Working knowledge of computers is a must.
- Complete FAIR's (First Article Inspection Reports) documenting the results of inspected parts.
- Support shop personnel with their ongoing inspection needs of production parts.
Ability to work 40-hours per week Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am.
Able to work well with others in a team but also able to work without supervision.
Be self-driven, dependable, and have a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Report to 2nd shift Supervisor and tie in with day shift Quality Manager and lead inspector.
Immediately available position.
