Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various roles within the organization. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s talent acquisition strategy and helping us build a high-performing, diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards, social media, and internal career sites.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends, and best practices.
Assist with onboarding processes for new hires.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and college recruiting efforts.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in manufacturing.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
