Weezie is seeking a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across paid media and search channels, including Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Affiliate, SEO, and emerging LLM platforms. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of testing, learning, and driving customer acquisition. This person will manage external agency partners and quarterback all performance marketing initiatives across channels, ensuring alignment with brand, product, and business priorities. This is a high-impact role that reports to the Director of Digital Product.

What You’ll Doc

  • Develop performance marketing strategies that optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, aMER, MER, contribution margin and engagement
  • Partner with external media agency management and platform partners (Meta, Google, ShopMy, LTK, AWIN) to analyze results, optimize investment allocation, and build future campaign plans
  • Manage strategy and execution of affiliate programs on ShopMy and AWIN, optimizing revenue and ROI
  • Drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising to ensure that campaign strategy, ad creative, and landing pages align with seasonal launches, product priorities, and customer personas
  • Lead the development of media briefs and test-and-learn plans that support creative development, audience insights, and marketing experimentation
  • Lead GEO strategy in partnership with an agency partner, developing campaigns and surfacing opportunities across internal teams
  • Own growth marketing reporting and insights across Tableau, GA4, Shopify, and ad platforms, turning performance data into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Ensure creative partners have clarity on asset needs, scope, timelines, and performance to deliver ad content

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years of experience managing paid media strategy across platforms like Meta and Google; hands-on platform experience preferred, but this role is primarily focused on strategy, optimization, and agency management.
  • Experience in branded eCommerce, luxury, lifestyle, or home goods sectors is a plus.
  • Proven track record driving customer acquisition and profitable growth at a DTC brand or performance marketing agency.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Operates with a high sense of ownership - proactively surfaces insights, proposes solutions, and drives outcomes without waiting to be asked.
  • Fast learner and growth-minded: regularly seeks out new tools, trends, and ideas that give the team a competitive edge.
  • Appreciation for great branding and storytelling, understanding the importance of marrying brand and performance goals
