Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group PSR services focused on building daily living skills, emotional regulation, communication skills, and social functioning.
- Assist clients in setting goals and practicing skills to improve independence and community integration.
- Facilitate structured activities such as coping skills training, problem-solving exercises, and psychoeducation.
- Document all services accurately and timely in accordance with agency and state guidelines.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on treatment plans.
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, families, and other team members.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
