YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR
As a new Admissions Coordinator at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect engaging and dynamic daily responsibilities focused on providing exceptional service to incoming residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and managing the admissions process, conducting initial assessments, and gathering necessary documentation from prospective residents and their families. You will collaborate with nursing staff, social services, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new residents, while addressing any needs or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing you to engage fully during the day while contributing to a supportive and welcoming environment for those we serve.
