Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and assistance to clients in daily living activities.
- Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor client behavior and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Facilitate group activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and incidents as required by HIPAA regulations.
- Educate clients about their rights and responsibilities within the care setting.
Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving or direct support roles, preferably in mental health or substance abuse settings.
