- Prepare and review all legal documents necessary to conduct a Real Estate closing, under the supervision of their managing attorney.
General Accountabilities
- Prepare final closing statements.
- Checks legal documents related to the transaction.
- Notarizes documents and ensures all forms are legal.
- Calculates adjustments and communicates that information to the parties involved in the sale.
- The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
