What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Weekley Electric, LLC?
We are looking to add an experienced and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to our amazing team!
This is a full-time position with the working hours of 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.
Primary Job Duties:
- Make all outbound Maintenance & Repair Calls and Coordinate appropriate Services(s).
- Take all incoming Maintenance & Repair Calls and Coordinate appropriate Service(s).
- Schedule Appointments with Customers by Phone, Email and/or Text.
- Create and Maintain Customer Records.
- Monitor Various Customer Dashboards and take appropriate action(s).
- Create/Modify Work Orders and Assign to appropriate Field Technician(s).
- Follow up with Customers to ensure a high level of Quality Control is achieved.
- Monitor Maintenance & Repair Parts and coordinate Monthly/Specialty Parts Orders.
- Assist in the Monitoring/Coordination of Warranty Claims Process as needed.
- Assist walk-in customers with questions and parts purchases.
