What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Weekley Asphalt Paving Inc?
We are a Family Owned & Operated Road Construction Company in business since 1947 and located in SW Broward County.
We are looking to fill the position for a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist. The applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the HR field and 2 years in an office setting. Experience in the Construction and/or Trucking industry preferred.
Duties include but are not limited to maintenance of employee files, health/life/dental insurance administration, on-boarding, employment advertising, drug-free workplace program administration including DOT Randoms, employment verification, assist employees with various matters, etc.
Must be reliable, have great attention to detail, good computer skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
Salary is dependent on experience.
