Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder, CO, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and leading the sales team. The Store Manager will drive sales performance, monitor inventory and merchandising standards, and help maintain visual displays that reflect the WEEKENDS Boulder brand. Day-to-day tasks include coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and handling basic administrative activities such as reporting and cash management.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating an inclusive, high-quality shopping experience.
- Store Management experience in a retail environment, with the ability to oversee operations, lead teams, and manage daily workflows.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers and guiding team members
- Experience in fashion or apparel retail is required, including an eye for styling, merchandising, and contemporary trends
- Demonstrate leadership abilities, such as coaching staff, resolving conflict, and fostering a collaborative, respectful workplace.
- Comfort with basic retail technology (POS systems, inventory tools) and the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to support peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, retail management, or fashion is a plus.
