We’re partnering with a growing, innovative manufacturing organization that is scaling its operations and investing in supply chain excellence. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Lead (Contract) to support and help drive their SIOP process while contributing across planning, procurement, and operations.
This is a temporary/contract opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, visibility, and alignment across supply chain functions.
What You’ll Be Doing
SIOP & Planning
- Support and help lead the monthly SIOP process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and capacity
- Translate forecasts into actionable production and material plans
- Identify risks across demand, supply, and capacity and help drive mitigation strategies
Supply Chain Operations
- Support end-to-end supply planning including production scheduling and inventory alignment
- Partner with manufacturing to improve schedule attainment and operational flow
- Drive improvements in lead times, material availability, and planning accuracy
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure materials align with production and demand plans
- Track supplier performance (delivery, quality, lead times)
- Support sourcing initiatives and cost improvement efforts
Systems, Data & Inventory
- Maintain accuracy in ERP/MRP systems (BOMs, lead times, inventory levels)
- Support inventory strategies to balance service levels and working capital
- Build and maintain reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, and KPIs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Support supply chain leadership and help drive accountability and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, or operations
- Exposure to SIOP/S&OP processes
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong ERP/MRP experience and analytical capabilities
- Hands-on, collaborative mindset with the ability to operate cross-functionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation
- $90,000 – $110,000 (annualized)
- Bonus potential tied to performance
