Lead Cleaner & Driver

Lead Exterior Housekeeper
Part-Time · Wed/Th/Fri Mornings · Downtown Phoenix

Weekender is an exterior housekeeping service for homes in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley. It works like an interior housekeeper, but for the outdoors. On a regular schedule, we reset a home's outdoor spaces so the family can simply walk outside and enjoy them: furniture dry and ready to sit, patios rinsed, the grill polished, pool floats inflated. We're not a landscaping or pool company. Our standard comes from hospitality.

We're hiring for Lead Exterior Housekeeper. You'll drive the Weekender van, run the morning route, and help set the standard every future crew member learns from.

No cleaning experience needed. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is how you treat people and how you work when no one is watching. That's what we're hiring for.

What you'll do

• Drive the Weekender van to client homes each morning. It's a full-size Ford Transit that parks in a downtown garage.
• Reset outdoor spaces to our standard: rinse patios, hand-dry furniture, polish grills, wipe down light fixtures, pick up after the dogs, and stage everything for the weekend
• Follow our arrival and home access steps every time. Clients trust us with their gate codes.
• Appear on camera for our social media, including short comedy skits
• Pitch in on other projects when the schedule is light: marketing, van and equipment upkeep, and deliveries to partners
