This position is 100% remote. To be considered you must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, or Wisconsin.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in our success by:

• Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.

• Communicating with current and potential customers to understand their needs and sell them on the value of our services.

• Upselling existing customers and overcoming objections.

• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and set proper expectations for customers.

• Following all company and departmental standards.

Who You Are

We're looking for a motivated and driven individual who is:

• Currently residing in Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

• An excellent communicator, comfortable with high-volume inbound and outbound sales.

• Experience with residential customers (preferred).

• Able to work in a high-volume sales environment, including weekends and overtime from March to June.

• Proficient with computer software systems, including CRM's, dialer programs, and Google Business Suite.

• Willing to learn and grow, even if you don't have prior lawn care experience.

Technology Requirements

To succeed in this role, the following is required:

• A quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• A desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks or tablets).

• A functioning webcam

• Physical mouse

• Corded USB Headset with noise-cancelling microphone/headphones

• Dual Monitors

• A reliable high-speed internet connection (recommended 10 MB download/10 MB upload if hardwired, 10x that on Wi-Fi). Internet service providers can NOT be from wireless providers(At&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.).

• An operating system with at least 8GB of RAM to efficiently complete sales tasks.

• Pass the required speed test and WebRTC test-if not completed, you will not be considered for employment.
