Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales through direct, door-to-door interaction in select regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations in assigned territories.
- Identify and engage potential customers with the Gemstone lighting solutions.
- Provide professional consultations and presentations on product benefits and customization options.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Manage your own schedule and travel within the assigned regions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or a related field (lighting, home improvement, etc.).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable with commission-based earnings.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to cover personal expenses.
- Must reside in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Providence (RI), or Albany (NY).
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (you will be responsible for taxes, insurance, and business expenses).
