Operations Manager

Weed Man is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Billings, MT. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing lawn care operations, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality control, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves resource management, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

• Operational management skills, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
• Knowledge of lawn care, pest management, and environmentally responsible practices
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in using business management tools and software
• Relevant experience in operational management, lawn care, or a similar field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, or a related field is an asset but not required
