The Business Development Manager position is a critical role at Weedman Triad and responsible for the sales and account management of an assigned territory. If you are a natural hunter this role is for you, as you will be given a list of hot leads each day to manage and close. This position’s compensation is largely commission based with average total compensation for the role being between $60,000-$70,000. Base salary is negotiable based on experience.
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-driven, organized, and able to communicate effectively. No previous lawn care experience is needed but past sales experience is required. A valid drivers license is required as you will be driving a company car each day during your scheduled sales route.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Measure lawns of interested customers to provide them with a quote.
- Spend approximately 3-4 hours per day on the phone closing previously measured yards/ leads.
- Meet with customers to address issues to problem solve with Weedman Production Team
- Talk with current customers to effectively upsell additional services based on time of year and yard need.

- Half day Saturday availability during peak Spring months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winston-Salem, NC 27105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
