Key Responsibilities for Weed Man Lawncare Technicians:
- Perform a variety of lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, pest management, aerations, seeding, and more.
- Develop strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication, on-site visits, and personalized lawn care analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in our development programs, including training sessions, mentorship, and leadership development.
- Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
- Provide accurate quotes and recommendations to prospective customers, generating field sales and referrals- additional commission rewarded!!!
- Become an ambassador of our culture. Drive engagement and development with team members and supervisors.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
