Pay Rate: $18.00 - 20.00/hr. plus commission

What You'll Do

As a Lawn Care Specialist, you'll take charge of a daily service route and provide top-tier lawn treatments across residential and commercial properties. Your day will include:

• Running a consistent, efficient service route

• Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest treatments safely and accurately

• Diagnosing turf issues like weeds, insects, and disease

• Operating and maintaining spray equipment and tools

• Communicating with customers and recommending additional services

• Keeping accurate service records and product usage logs

• Ensuring every lawn looks its best

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a Lawn Care Specialist who brings:

• Experience in lawn care, turf applications, or spray tech work (preferred)

• Knowledge of fertilization, weed control, and pest management

• The ability to work independently and manage a route

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfort working outdoors in all weather

• Customer-friendly communication skills
